We are pleased to hosting the Dementia Carers Support Group for East London NHS Foundation.

The group meets once a month at The Well Community Centre. It is open for all people living with dementia, friends and family and anyone interested in making Newham more Dementia friendly.

Topics will include: activities, quality of life, sleep, mental health, adjusting to a caring role, caring and assistive technology. Suggestions for other topics are also welcome.

Come along to the free group on the following Fridays from 10 am to 12 pm:
