We are asking all of our service users to please share your experience of BDCA through a short survey here.

This is important to help BDCA improve our services for our community and prove to our funders that our work is making a difference.

You will have the option to enter a prize draw to win a £100 shopping voucher if you submit the survey by 31st October 2023. 

You can complete the survey after that date but the prize draw will be closed. 

We will share a report about the survey results on our website and social media in mid-December 2023.
