Regular Hire Spaces available

We currently have the following spaces available for regular bookings. So if you have a weekly class, groups, trainings, that you’d like to host in the heart of East Ham, with good public transport links, get in touch!

The Well Community Centre, 49 Vicarage Lane, London E6 6DQ

We have the Main Hall available on Thursdays from 12:30 pm onwards and Fridays from 2:30 pm onwards.

Our Training Rooms have more availability over more days and times.

Both rooms are suitable for group meetings, physical exercise, workshops and more. They have TV screen that can be connected to laptops and speakers.

The WELLcome Hub, 35 Vicarage Lane, London E6 6DQ

Large Office Space is available for a group to rent. The size is 5.9m x 4.1m (24 m²) – 5 person office/meeting room. Rent in the region of £500-£600 per calendar month inclusive depending on use.

The Upper Main Hall, on the first floor, is available all week round for sessional or regular hire.

The Lower Main Hall, on the ground floor, is available for hire Fridays to Mondays.
