Earlier this year, we had to close our Council-funded youth project down due to Newham Council cutting funding at short notice, leaving hundreds of young people without somewhere to go.

Our proposal for the PPP fund is to cover the cost of a Youth Lead worker so that we can provide a safe space for young people in East Ham to meet, learn and thrive.

The Big Vote runs from 1-30 November, and there are four ways you can vote:

• Attend the Big Vote event on Saturday 15 November 2025, 10 am -12.30 pm at East Ham Library
• Vote online at Newham CoCreate
• Drop in to your local library during their opening hours
• Drop in at an outreach voting session:
  • Wednesday 5 November, 12-2pm at Barclays, 58 High St North, E6 2HW,
  • Thursday 6 November, 1-3pm at St Bartholomew’s Church & Centre, 292b Barking Road, E6 3BA,
  • Wednesday 12 November, 1.30 -2.30pm at The Well Community Centre, 49 Vicarage Lane, E6 6DQ
