Clothes Bank Facilitator
Do you want to make a difference by helping give clothes a second life?
At our Foodbank and Family Hub we have rails of beautiful, donated clothing on display for people to browse. We give away these clothes to those that need them the most, but we also offer them at a subsidised rate to those that can afford it so that any money made can go straight back into our charity. We need people who can sort through donations, rotate the stock on the rails and keep a record of the clothes given away.
How many hours per week? Depending on your availability, from 3 hours to 9 hours per week.
When? Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10am-1pm.
Where? The WELLcome Hub, 35 Vicarage Lane, East Ham, E66DQ
You will need to provide: An efficient manner in being able to sort through clothes and display them effectively, warm and welcoming attitude and an ability to keep records.
What we’ll provide: A full induction and training, reimbursed travel costs, lots of free tea and coffee, and a warm meal each session.
