Want to help fight food waste and support local families?

Each week at our hub, we host a Community Food Club, offering £25-£30 worth of groceries at a member’s rate of £5. This initiative and partnership with Felix and Newham Food Alliance helps to combat food waste and keep groceries at a low cost.

How many hours per week? – 4 hours per week, 9am-1pm.
When? Tuesdays.
Where? The WELLcome Hub, 35 Vicarage Lane, East Ham, E6 6DQ

We need people to host our stalls – this involves setting up the produce on your stall and receiving tokens from our shoppers in exchange for items.

You will need to provide: A warm welcoming attitude, efficiency in setting up and packing down your stall, good organisational skills, willing to work in a busy but pleasant environment alongside a team.
We will provide: A full induction and training, reimbursed travel costs, a warm meal each session, free tea and coffee and the chance to do your own £5 shop with the foodclub.
