Our Impact

Our 2025 Impact Report shares our achievements and progress from the year against our Strategic Aims.

Summary

Last year, we provided 63,079 hours of services used by 2,712 people who spoke over 50 different languages, from Akan to Yoruba! We were supported by 99 volunteers giving 3,389 hours!


Impact 1: JOY

West Ham United players visit our Food Bank at Christmas

Recently retired, I am having so much fun. Made new friends, visited places of interest, the exercise programme is fantastic. Our instructors are the best and the staff are always there if we are in need

I’ve made new friends and connected with people from all walks of life. Bonny Downs is so special in how it brings together such a huge mix of cultures and backgrounds reflecting the fantastic diversity of Newham.
