Our Impact

Our 2024 Impact Report shares our achievements and progress from the year against our Strategic Aims.

Summary

Last year, we provided 72,910 hours of services used by 2,848 people who spoke over 49 different languages, from Akan to Yoruba!


Impact 1: JOY

Celebrating 25th anniversary of our charity

This place is like one big family. We all get on very well indeed and we see each other after the centre for celebrations of birthdays and sometimes for a drink or a meal.

Impact 2: EQUITY

Food Club volunteers prepare stalls for the day

Nice to get out the house and meet people and have a cup of tea and chat. We like it there because it’s good to be around others who are struggling with the cost of living too. We get free lunch so that is very nice. It gives us some time to be around others… makes us all feel we are not alone.

Impact 3: DIVERSITY

Family Hub celebrate the Festival of Onam

Going there every week has definitely improved my physical health, no more frequent headaches. Somewhere to go and mingle with friends, meet people from other cultures, no more loneliness in the evenings.
